As an appointment setter my primary duties are to contact leads and to either qualify them or persuade them to agree to an appointment with a company sales representative to discuss the products or services.
I mainly do business to business telemarketing and do not call at night or on the weekends. I currently make calls between the hours of 8am and 4pm EST.
I cannot guarantee that an appointment will be set on all campaigns so I always suggest a trial run to make sure that is a product or service that can be marketed over the phone. I work with all clients to ensure that we meet the end goal which is to set appointments to help build up your business.
Currently, I am working to add additional appointment setters to my team.
As of now, I call into the United States and Canada.
